Terms of Sale

This Terms of Sale ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer") and BioZent Research ("Seller") regarding the purchase of any products ("Products") from biozentresearch.com.

By purchasing any product from this Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1 Strict "Research Use Only" Condition

1.1 Nature of Products

Buyer acknowledges that all Products sold by BioZent Research are chemical compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific study, and development purposes.

1.2 Not for Human Consumption

WARNING: Products are NOT drugs, foods, food additives, cosmetics, or household chemicals. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or injection.

Buyer explicitly agrees NEVER to use these Products for bodybuilding, sports performance, anti-aging, or any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.

BioZent Research reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect the Buyer intends to use the Products for illicit purposes or human consumption.

2 Buyer Representations & Warranties

By placing an order, Buyer represents and warrants that:

Qualifications: Buyer is a qualified researcher, or represents a qualified research institution, with the necessary training, facilities, and equipment to handle hazardous chemicals safely.
Age: Buyer is at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Knowledge of Hazards: Buyer is fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of these Products, including but not limited to toxicity, skin irritation, and respiratory risks.
Lawful Use: Buyer will use the Products strictly in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

3 Assumption of Risk & Liability

3.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

Buyer acknowledges that the Products have not been tested by Seller for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other use. Buyer assumes all risks associated with the possession, handling, storage, and use of the Products.

3.2 Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioZent Research, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

Buyer's improper use or handling of the Products
Buyer's violation of any law or regulation
Any claim of personal injury or death resulting from the consumption or administration of the Products by Buyer or any third party

4 Compliance with Regulations

Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of the Products comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. Seller makes no representation that the Products are legal for purchase or possession in Buyer's specific location.

If a Product is seized by customs or law enforcement, BioZent Research is NOT responsible for providing a refund or replacement.

5 Order Fulfillment & Shipping

5.1 Right to Refuse

Seller reserves the right to limit sales, refuse orders, or require additional verification (e.g., proof of laboratory affiliation) before fulfilling any order.

5.2 Shipping Hazards

Seller will package Products in accordance with standard industry practices. However, title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier.

6 No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of the Products and the risk of contamination:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If a Product arrives damaged or incorrect, Buyer must notify Seller within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Replacements are at the sole discretion of BioZent Research.

7 Chargeback Policy

Buyer agrees not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with their credit card issuer regarding valid charges for Products purchased.

Any unjustified chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent banning of the Buyer from BioZent Research and the reporting of Buyer's information to industry "bad actor" databases.
Seller reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover funds and legal fees associated with fighting fraudulent chargebacks.

8 No Medical Advice

Nothing contained on the BioZent Research website, in email communications, or on product labels constitutes medical advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
