BioZent Research is committed to providing high-quality research compounds with efficient and discreet shipping. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Shipping and Returns Policy.

1 Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been generated
1.2 Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- Standard shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
1.3 Shipping Restrictions
We strictly adhere to all federal and state laws. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order addressed to a location where the ordered research compound is prohibited or restricted by law. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their specific jurisdiction.
1.4 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from BioZent Research are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or seized packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
2 Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (chemical compounds for research) and the strict quality control standards we maintain, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or stability if it were to be returned.
2.2 Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped
- Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered "shipped" and cannot be cancelled or refunded
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID
2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the product as received. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement free of charge. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged goods, only replacements.
2.4 Seizures & Customs
If your package is seized by a government agency (e.g., Customs, FDA, Local Law Enforcement) due to regulations in your jurisdiction, BioZent Research will not issue a refund or replacement. The Buyer assumes all legal responsibility for importing and possessing the research materials ordered.
3 Chargeback Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks hurt our ability to serve the scientific community.
- If you issue a chargeback for a validly delivered order or for a seizure that was your responsibility (as per Section 2.4), you will be permanently banned from BioZent Research
- We reserve the right to report your name, address, and email to industry "blacklists" shared among research compound vendors to prevent future fraudulent purchasing
